It utilizes Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) and a 2-1-2 dual exhaust system with titanium mufflers and carbon fiber end caps to enhance performance and reduce weight. With a compression ratio of 11.4:1, the engine is built for aggressive riding while maintaining efficiency with an estimated 44 MPG fuel economy​.
